Truck Document Management from Logity Dispatch

The successful management of trucking requires striking a balance. While trucking is largely about driving, and your clients love the results you achieve for them in this capacity, there is much more going on behind the scenes. You also need to make sure that additional tasks are handled smoothly so that they support your driving and your logistics rather than hindering them.

Here at Logity Dispatch, we are committed to providing trucks management services on a comprehensive basis so that you can focus on doing precisely what you do best. This comprehensive service includes professional document management that keeps your business operating as it should.

Documentation can offer a boost to your trucking business, or it can put you at a disadvantage. On the one hand, if your document management policies are watertight, this will help you experience a range of different benefits. Your clients will love the seamless service you provide, and you will gain positive insight into the running of your business — insight that will help you secure future growth opportunities. On the other hand, if document records are not up to date and vital paperwork is not being delivered, your business will suffer.

We are the team you need to help you experience the benefits of documentation for your business. To find out more about Logity Dispatch’s document management services or to get a quote, reach out to our team today.

Logity Dispatch’s Document Management Service: Learn More About What to Expect

We are serious about providing the highest quality services and management. Trucking businesses like yours need a provider they can rely upon, and this is what we aim to be. Here are some of the main details of our document trucker management services.

      Timely Completion of Documentation

Ensuring that all required documents are properly completed in a timely manner is a crucial part of truck management. Late completion of documentation can leave your business playing catch-up. Let these arrears build, and you could be at a serious disadvantage.

Let us take care of this. The team at Logity Dispatch can ensure that all of your documents are handled in a way that is fully up to code and completed on time without exception.

      Reliable Filing

Following the completion of your documents, you need to ensure that these documents are properly filed and managed. This is another key aspect of our service. You can trust us to adopt the right approach to filing your insurance certifications, rate confirmations, and all other documentation — taking a load off your mind and ensuring smooth operation for your business at the same time.

Don’t let your document filing get out of control. Put the Logity Dispatch team on the case and enjoy the smooth, streamlined effect this has on your business.

      Required Documentation Auditing

Regulatory compliance is an underlining principle that governs all of your documentation. Even with the best will in the world, if you are not completing and filing all of your required documentation, regulators and authorities will take a very dim view of this.

We’ve already touched on some of the documentation you need above. These required documents may include:

      • Client setup and onboarding paperwork
      • Proof of insurance and all required certifications
      • Rate confirmations
      • Client invoicing
      • Bills of lading
      • Customs and transportation documentation
      • Customer agreements

We know this industry well. We apply all of our knowledge and expertise to your unique business case to achieve a service you can really trust. Don’t worry about compliance issues — Logity Dispatch will audit and assess your required documentation and make sure everything is fully above board.

      Document Monitoring

When we handle documentation as part of our truck management services, we do not simply complete and file the document and leave it at that. We understand how important the different aspects of your documentation is for you and your business. With this in mind, we keep track of all the different provisions covered in your trucking business documents and work with you to confirm that these provisions have been fulfilled.

For example, you may be required to complete certain details or requirements laid out in your customer agreements. These may include providing critical handling directions to the shipper or consignee or scheduling shipping appointments and other time-sensitive considerations. With Logity Dispatch on your side, you gain the peace of mind that comes from knowing these requirements are being met without fail.

      Document Dispatch

Our document dispatch services are delivered with the same high levels of quality and professionalism as all of our trucks management provisions. You need a provider who can take care of document dispatch in the right way, making sure that documents are received on time and in full. Logity Dispatch is the team to trust in this capacity.

We serve this industry because we know and love this industry. We appreciate how critical services such as document dispatch are to the running of your business, and so we put your needs first. Learn more about the Logity team’s document dispatching capabilities on our dedicated page [LINK].

      FAQ

Very simply, we buy you time so you can make more money. Most owners-operators get into this business to drive loads and make money, then find themselves bogged down by all the paperwork, regulatory requirements, and negotiations — things that keep you from doing what actually makes you money. By taking on all the business support activities you would like to offload, Logity Dispatch allows your business to run efficiently — and for you to take on more loads. In addition, when it comes to negotiating, we aim to get you the best rates for your loads, so you get to put more money in your pocket.

Surprisingly, no. If you want to recruit capable and competent talent, you need to develop and undergo a pretty vigorous recruitment process, which takes time and — if you need the services of headhunters — money. Even if you find what you are looking for, you will most likely need to provide office space — yet another expenditure — and in some cases, further training. Meanwhile, as many of our clients have admitted, hiring Logity Dispatch turns out to be more cost-effective than even having one full-time dispatcher. Our industry expertise, networks, and experience make us the best at what we do.

Nope. You hire Logity Dispatch on a month-to-month basis. We don't make trucker drivers commit long-term upfront because we believe in earning your business. If you aren't happy, we aren't happy, so we'll work hard for you. But we also believe that all business owners should have the freedom to work with whomever they want. It's important for us to keep that freedom for you.

Signing up with Logity Dispatch is a breeze since you can submit documents to us online.

      - First, you sign our Dispatch Carrier Agreement, a document that clearly sets out our responsibilities and our responsibilities. This is meant to protect both of us — it is not a long-term service contract by any means. Our services are month-to-month, and you are not penalized for discontinuing our service.

      - You will also need insurance that names Logity Dispatch as the certificate holder. This is common industry practice for shippers, dispatchers, and brokers — it just allows us to conduct business at your behest and on your behalf when you want us to. Make sure the insurance sets out liability as well as cargo coverage.

      - We also need the Carrier Set-Up Package and references for the shippers and brokers we work with and for our records. Your MC Permit and signed W9 form should be here as well.

      - At Logity Dispatch, we keep impeccable and accurate records — and always maintain compliance with all safety, regulatory, and industry requirements — so we also need a copy of the CDL for each driver we will be dispatching.

We provide our clients with truck dispatching, billing, paperwork, factoring service, rate negotiation, IFTA reporting, accounting and other services. You can either choose a comprehensive service package or several products that you need for your business.
